1. Afternoon Annual Golf Membership(s) shall be due and payable prior to golfer’s first round of the 2023 golf season.

2. The golfer may pay in FULL at the Golf Shop with check or member charge.

3. The undersigned agree(s) to the provisions of SaddleBrooke One’s payment (policy G-1) and the Credit/Refund of Annual Golf Membership(s) (policy G-2) as adopted by the Board of Directors.

I/We acknowledge that my/our payment of SaddleBrooke One Afternoon Annual Golf Membership(s) permits unlimited golf play at all SaddleBrooke One golf courses, subject to all SaddleBrooke One rules, regulations and policies during the 2023 golf season.
