If you do not receive an automatic response email, you must reach out to A/P via phone or email to ensure that we have received your participation form, which is required for you to take part in the exchange and exhibition.
HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?
This exhibition is non-juried. A/P will accept submissions that adhere to all of the required submission steps and artwork guidelines as outlined below.
STEP 1:
Complete this online Registration and Agreement, and process your participation fee - DEADLINE NOVEMBER 21, 2022
Pay your submission fee (and additional shipping fees, if applicable).

Submission Fees:
Submission fees must be paid in full in order to receive your exchange package.

If applicable, shipping fees must also be paid in advance for your exchanged package to be shipped back to you.
• A/P Members: $20 (CAD) per submission
Regular memberships are $30CAD/year and student memberships are $10CAD/year. Memberships may be purchased directly through this form, through A/P's website, or in person.

• Non-members: $30 (CAD) per submission.
Submission fees support A/P, including the coordination and administration required for this exchange and fundraiser.
Shipping Fees:
Additional return shipping fees will apply for submissions where exchange packages will shipped to the participant.
If applicable, shipping fees must be paid in full before your exchanged package will shipped back to you.
• An additional $10 (CAD) will be applied to submissions where exchange packages will be shipped within Canada.
• An additional $25 (CAD) will be applied to submissions where exchange packages will be shipped internationally outside North America.

STEP 2:
Prepare and package your edition of ten prints that adhere to the following guidelines.
Artwork Guidelines:
Size:
Prints must be two dimensional with a total paper size that is UP TO BUT NOT EXCEEDING 8"X10".
There is no restriction on image size as long as it fits within the 8” x 10” paper size.
Media:
ALL forms of PRINT-MEDIA are welcome including lithography, intaglio, relief, screenprint, monotype, and other expanded and mixed media practices in printmaking.
Presentation:
Each print must be fully dry with glassine or tissue paper between each print, and all packaged in a protective manner to prevent artwork damage.
Theme/Subject Matter:
There is no theme for this exhibition and members are welcome to submit work of any theme or subject matter.*
*However, A/P reserves the right to exclude any work that promotes violence, hatred, or intolerance.
A/P is not responsible for prints that are damaged or lost in transport. Prints that do not fit these requirements, or are not suitable will not be returned.
STEP 3:
Complete and submit your Artwork Information Form - DEADLINE November 28, 2022.
After submitting your Registration and Agreement Form (Step 1), you will receive an automated email response with a link to your Artwork Information Form.
This form is to be submitted electronically, and will require you to provide:
a. Your artwork information (title, medium, substrate)
b. An image of your artwork that we may use in promotional materials
A/P will be using your submitted image, as well as documentation of your submitted artwork to promote A/P, The Not So Mini Exhibition, and the Not So Mini Online Auction. A/P will make every reasonable effort to ensure that the artist is credited. By signing and submitting your application form, you permit A/P to use images of submitted artwork in print and/or electronic media for these purposes.
STEP 4:
Ensure that your edition is RECEIVED by A/P - DEADLINE DECEMBER 3
MAILED ARTWORK MUST:

Due to potential postal delays, participants are encouraged to mail their submissions earlier if possible.
HAND-DELIVERED ARTWORK MUST:
• Arrive at A/P no later than December 3, 2022 at 5:00pm
• Be delivered to A/P during regular open hours: Wednesday from 10am - 8pm, and Thursday - Saturday from 10am - 5pm.
