Retired adult Yorkshire Terriers are rare and require significantly more flexibility with timing than puppies. They are: • Typically 4 years of age or older • Placed spayed/neutered • Offered without a health guarantee • Reserved well in advance with timing dependent on recovery and veterinary guidance Retired adults are not always available, and after our next planned retirements, we may not have another retired adult for several years.

We do not offer breeding rights to pet homes under any circumstance unless explicitly approved in writing • A non-refundable holding fee is required once you are matched with a puppy or retired adult • If you apply and later purchase a puppy elsewhere or no longer wish to proceed, you must notify us immediately • Applicants who submit holding fees and later ghost or fail to communicate may be declined for future placements If you agree to these terms and are ready for a lifetime commitment, please continue.
