Thank you for your interest in a Yorkshire Terrier from Essence of Grace Yorkies. Our dogs are purposefully bred, carefully raised, and placed with intention. We prioritize responsible, prepared homes that understand both the financial and lifelong commitment involved in owning a Yorkshire Terrier.This application is required for consideration. Please read all information carefully before submitting. Placement fees are firm, and we kindly ask that you apply only if you are comfortable with our pricing, policies, and placement process.
🐾 Current Puppy Availability (If Applicable)
At this time, we have one female Yorkshire Terrier puppy available for immediate placement:Beautiful Girl. Date of Birth: December 2, 2025. Placement Type: Companion (Pet-Only)Placement Fee: $3,900 (firm). Beautiful Girl is a well-started puppy with a sweet, confident temperament. She is up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, has been routinely dewormed, microchipped, and has been vet-checked. She is healthy, social, and ready to transition to her forever home. Placement is based on best fit for the puppy and the family. Availability may change at any time.
🐶 Future Puppies (Waitlist)
Families may also apply to be considered for future puppies. Future placements are offered with AKC Limited Registration (pet homes only).Males: $4,000 Females: $4,500. Placement timing and availability vary. Submitting an application does not guarantee placement, and waitlist positions are not based on order of application.
🐾 Retired Adults (Occasionally Available)
Retired adult Yorkshire Terriers are rare and require significantly more flexibility with timing than puppies. They are: • Typically 4 years of age or older • Placed spayed/neutered • Offered without a health guarantee • Reserved well in advance with timing dependent on recovery and veterinary guidance Retired adults are not always available, and after our next planned retirements, we may not have another retired adult for several years.
🔒 Important Policies (Please Read Carefully)
• We do not offer breeding rights to companion (pet) homes unless explicitly approved in writing.• Once a puppy or retired adult is matched and accepted, a reservation fee is required to hold that placement and remove the dog from availability. This reservation fee compensates for time, evaluation, administrative work, and the removal of the dog from the market.• Reservation fees are applied toward the total purchase price if placement proceeds as agreed.• If an applicant chooses not to move forward after a reservation fee has been submitted, the fee is not refunded, as the opportunity to place the dog with other families has been declined during that time.• If you apply and later purchase a puppy elsewhere or no longer wish to proceed, you must notify us immediately.• Applicants who reserve a placement and later fail to communicate or follow through may be declined for future placements.By continuing, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies and understand that placement decisions are made carefully and thoughtfully to ensure the best match for each dog.

I understand that puppies listed as “ready to go now” are expected to go home promptly once approved and placement steps are completed. Essence of Grace Yorkies allows a courtesy holding period of up to 3–4 days at no charge. Any extended holding beyond this timeframe may require boarding fees, and additional veterinary costs (such as vaccines due to age) are the responsibility of the buyer. Extended holds are not guaranteed.

I understand that puppies are not potty trained or housebroken at the time of placement and that training is the responsibility of the new owner. I also understand that puppies are not spayed or neutered prior to placement, as sterilization cannot be safely performed at a young age.
