MD Food Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in being a Market Days Food Vendor! Market Days began 60 years ago and due to its rapid growth, moved to the North Florida Fairgrounds in 1965. On average, more than 12,000 people attend this two-day event benefiting the Tallahassee Museum.

The Tallahassee Museum is a 51-acre facility that includes a diversity of permanent exhibits, Natural hibitats for indigenous and rare wildlife; and a working 19th century farmstead. In addition, there are contemporary exhibit galleries and historic structures throughout. The Museum offeres classes and tours for schools and other educational grounds. The Tallahassee Museum is one of the state's leading museums and is nationally accredited by the American Association of Museums.

There is 1 Application type available. The Basic Application includes space outside and is perfect for food truck vendors.

Deadline: Applications must be RECEIVED by November 1, 2026

Event Date: December 5 & 6, 2026

Applicants will be notified of acceptance by November 5, 2026

Basic Application:

I understand that I am responsible for obtaining any required licensing from the State of Florida and insurance.

I also commit to attend both Saturday and Sunday of Market Days 2026 with 20% of my proceeds being donated to the Tallahassee Museum.

A $65.00 deposit will be required with your application, which will be deducted from the 20% due at the endo fo the show . If you are not accepted your deposit will be refunded upon request, otherwise it becomes a tax-deductible donation to the Tallahassee Museum of History and Natural Science, Inc. If you are accepted and choose to cancel for any reason, no refunds will be given less than 5 days before the Thursday before the show.

I also agree to have my trailer or vehicle in place by 7PM Thursday evening to allow the arts and crafts people space to unload their vehicles early Friday morning.

I understand that if I need electricity, my wiring will be quick-connected ready.

The Tallahassee Museum will not be responsible or liable in any way for damage/s to the work or persons participating in the show.

Basic Application with Tent Rental:

I understand that I am responsible for obtaining any required licensing from the State of Florida and insurance.

A $60.00 charge for tent rental and $65.00 deposit will be required with your application. The $65.00 deposit will be deducted from the 20% due at the end of the event.

A $125.00 charge will be required with your application.
