RESERVATIONS – A $500.00 deposit per person is due upon registration no later than October 7, 2022, of which $200.00 is non-refundable after January 1, 2023. A second payment of $500.00 is due January 2, 2023. The balance is due by 02/20/23. AIR TRANSPORTATION – Round-trip group fare on regularly scheduled commercial flights from San Diego. After tickets are issued, they are non-refundable. This will happen immediately after the final balance is paid.
CANCELLATION FEES – A $350.00 fee will be deducted for any cancellation less than 1 month prior to the touring dates. Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to the touring dates will result in a full loss of all non-refundable costs. In the event that the participant can replace their seat on the tour, all monies will be fully refunded. We recommend that participants consider purchasing the Optional Travel Protection Plan. Travel Protection Plans are available upon request with birthdates.
PASSPORT/REAL ID - Passports and/or Real ID cards for domestic flights do not take effect until May 2023 and are therefore not required for the planned dates of this trip.
VACCINATIONS & IMMUNIZATIONS are not currently required, but updates will be relayed as conditions change.
DRIVER or STEP-ON GUIDE GRATUITIES – Motorcoach drivers are selected for their reliability, safety record, congeniality, and concern for our passengers’ welfare. Gratuities for the driver are NOT included in the tour pricing. Gratuities are at the discretion of each participant and should be handled individually. Customary per-day gratuities are $3.00 for the driver and $5.00 for the guide.
COST – Tour cost is based on a minimum of 45 passengers per 56-passenger coach. If the number of passengers falls below the required minimum, there will be an increase in the per-person tour cost.
