This form is for the use of local schools, churches, community groups, care homes and other organisations to express a potential interest in receiving a donated piano.
At this time we are not accepting applications for personal use. In order to assess your application for a piano donation, our team require a number of details about your institution and what you are intending to do with the instrument.

We are very fortunate to receive lots of applications and enquiries for donating pianos and do aim to reply to all, but regret that without all of the information contained in this form we cannot process your application.
