Thank you for your interest in The Honors Acting Conservatory. We are now scheduling auditions for Saturday, November 19, 1:00-3:30pm.

This form is best viewed on a laptop, desktop, or tablet. This form must be completed all at once (you can't save your answers and come back at another time), so please make sure you have all your answers ready before you start inputting them.

To apply to the program, please complete the form below and supply addtional documents as requested.

We will email everyone whose applications are complete (including recommendation letters) to schedule an audition.

Letters of Recommendation
