This session, a collaboration between ACPA's Mid-Level Community of Practice and Coalition for Disability is designed for mid-level professionals to better understand the disabled employee’s experience in the workplace. Centering disability justice, we will highlight identity-conscious supervision strategies, how the accommodations process works for professionals, and ways to create a disability inclusive culture as a supervisor and colleague. This panel will include experienced professionals in the field who have all been or are currently working as mid-level managers.
