Certificate Request

Oaksterdam offers the option to replace your downloadable PDF certificate or request a frameable, gold-embossed certification that is printed and mailed to you.

PDF Certificate — $20

Includes a design service fee. If additional research is required, processing may take up to two weeks; otherwise, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
The PDF certificate is free with the Certification Upgrade in the All Access Pass or if requested within six months of completing your program.

Printed Gold-Embossed Certificate + PDF — $50

Includes design, gold embossing, shipping, and handling. Once payment is received, the PDF certificate will be emailed, and the printed, signed certificate will be embossed and mailed via USPS.
Delivery times vary by location worldwide. Most recipients in the continental U.S. receive their gold-embossed certificate within 10–14 days; international delivery may take up to 4–6 weeks.

To assist us in verifying completion of your program, please provide any information. Due to the federal raid that occurred on our campus on April 2, 2012, there was significant disruption to our campus and transcription records were shredded for your protection, we cannot guarantee we have your detailed records. For students attending in-person training, we may request supporting documentation.

Please Note:

All courses completed before 2024 are now considered outdated due to significant updates and major revisions made in 2024-25, including all legal courses and certificate programs. If you would like to refresh your knowledge in a previously taken program, we offer continuing education at 50% off the current sale price. To qualify, you must have previously enrolled in the same or a similar program at Oaksterdam University.
