Wavier, Acknowledgement & Hold Harmless AgreementBy providing an electronic signature below you agree to and understand the following: all individuals registering to be a trunker will be screened through a national sex offender screening service, Raptor. All participants must provide their own treats/activities for distribution. No amplified music will be allowed (the YMCA will provide Halloween themed music). No electricity will be provided. Selling of any kind is strictly prohibited. You give expressed consent for you and your vehicle's photograph to be taken and used for promotional purposes. Vehicles will not be permitted to move or leave the parking lot until the full conclusion of the event. All trunkers must check in at the designated area upon arrival. You release the YMCA, and Brigandi, Gleghorn, & Haffley of any liabiltiy for damage, theft, or illness.
