Do you need to create a new login in order to register yourself or your athletes? Click here for this handy guide

• Do not try to use a member ID from the old format prior to 9/1/22. This is the one that has your DOB and combination of letters in your name. If you had an old ID, that information has been migrated to the new database and a new ID has been generated.
  
  
• Only paid members of USA Swimming prior to 9/1/22 have a member ID. If you had an account as a parent and only used that account to manage your swimmers, you will create a new login and set up a new profile.
  
  
• Upon creating a login, there may be a delay of several hours when receiving your verification code from Ping.
  
  
• You may need to use the registration link supplied by your club once to create your verified login, and then once more to complete registration.
  
  
• Be very deliberate with adding registrations to your cart. There have been reports of multiple numbers of a particular class of transaction.
  
  
• Please use this form to submit requests for help. Sending an email will not help expedite your request.

Q:	I have created a parent account, but I am unable to add my children to the My Family section. It can only search by member ID. How do I get their member ID?
A:	Your athlete will populate in your My Family area once you have processed their new registration. Please follow the link provided by your club. We cannot handle the volume of giving out member IDs to athletes. Your club should have this information as well

 

Q:	I followed the registration link provided my club to create my login, but I'm stuck. How do I register my athlete?
A:	If you find yourself stuck in your dashboard, please click the link supplied by your club once again. This should take you to login and then proceed through the registration process.

Q:	I have or had a membership with USA Swimming, but the email address I have listed is no longer accessible. What do I do?
A:	Please submit a ticket using the subject of Member ID

 

Q:	How do I transfer to a new team?
A:	You can transfer to a new team simply by following the registration link provided by your new club. If you are already registered for USA Swimming for 2023, you can transfer yourself by clicking your General Info button in your dashboard (or your athlete by clicking View), and selecting the Club Transfer link.

 

Q:	I accidentally registered myself instead of my athlete. Or, I purchased more than one registration for my athlete. How do I get a refund?
A:	Submit a support ticket with the subject Refund selected. Please upload a screenshot of the receipt including transaction number and amount paid. We will forward this to USA Swimming.

 

Q:	I accidentally created a login for my athlete when I should have created the parent login. What do I do?
A:	You can delete this account, but only from the USA Swimming app. Download the app from the Apple or Google stores, log in, select the menu on the top right, scroll all the way down and select Delete My Account. You can then create a brand new account.
