    Thank you so much for your interest in booking with Nails on Wheels. Here you will find all terms & conditions of booking with Nails on Wheels and some general information to help you along the way. Please ensure you understand this information and let Nails on Wheels know if you have any questions. 

  • – A Nail Salon that is a little bit Special –

    Hi, My name is Nikita Ball. I am the proud owner of Nails on Wheels, A qualified nail technician. :) Nails on Wheels is an innovative and unique nail salon that provides you with the ultimate pampering experience on wheels. The salon is located within a customized electric van that has been tailored to create a comfortable and luxurious space for nail services. As you step into the van, you will be greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The salon is decorated with soft colours, elegant fixtures, and comfortable seating. The space has been designed to provide total relaxation with a private oasis, away from the hustle and bustle of the city streets. Nails on Wheels also takes hygiene and safety seriously. The salon maintains strict cleanliness standards and practices, ensuring that all equipment and tools are properly sanitized after every use. Whether it's a quick lunch break mani-pedi or a full pampering session, Nails on Wheels is the perfect choice for busy people just like yourself who seek flexibility and convenience. The mobility of the salon means it can cater to customers wherever they are: at home, work, or even special events. Each set of nails can take between 45 minutes - 3 hours depending on what you are wanting so please allow enough time for this, please keep in mind, I am always learning and growing to make sure you have the best outcome.

  • – Dress Code - 

    There is no need to dress up for Nails on Wheels. We are happy to arrive with you in your Pjs and slippers wrapped in a blanket and do it with no regrets! :)

  • – Quiet Time - No Talking Please - 

    I know some people just want to zone out & not have to make convo so… There is a rule with Nails on Wheels and that is *Quiet Time* If you don't want to have a conversation or have a TV programme that you need to catch up with, why not make this your time to chill and catch up on that programme, or listen to some music. Close your eyes and relax maybe? That's cool with me. I love to be 100% focused on your nails. All I ask is you keep phone use to a minimum. IF YOU ARE WANTING THIS: PLEASE SAY *Quiet time* in your next message. Simple as that :) No judgement here.

  • – Cancelations and Reschedules - 

    You can cancel or reschedule within 24 hours before your appointment time and day, at no cost. If you are a new customer and this is your first experience with us and cancel after 24 hours your deposit will be taken and a new deposit will be required for your next appointment If you cancel or reschedule 24 hours beforehand, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment time and day. If you are a repeat customer and cancel within 24 hours of your appointment the full travel cost will be charged. If I come to your house and you are not there Nails on Wheels will wait 15 minutes and try and contact you. Once 15 minutes is over Nail and Wheels will assume the appointment has been cancelled. ANY $15.00 DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT - This can ONLY be transfered to your next appointment.

  • – Account & Payments - 

    First timers: Please deposit $15 to secure your appointment. If deposit is still required the booking will only be pending for 24 hours. Outside of 24 hours Nails on Wheels can not guarantee the allocated booking time will still be available for you. Name: Nails on Wheels Account: 12-3192-0569376-37 **Please let me know if the deposit will be a issue as I don't want that stopping you from getting your nails done :) Ref: Please put either your name (insta or fb handle is fine) OR time & date of appointment. Cash is accepted but please make sure you have the the correct amount of cash as Nails on Wheels may not have the accurate change. Bank transfer can be done at the end of the service, with a screenshot to confirm. If you have no data or WIFI, your phone can be hotspotted by Nails and Wheels

    Once you have read this and understand these conditions, please fill below. This will NOT confirm your appointment with Nails on Wheels UNTIL the deposit has been sent. If required, please pay your deposit now. Please communicate with me so I can confirm your booking. *With confirming your booking, you have agreed to all terms & conditions as above, you are aware of services & prices.
