For 3 weeks, you’ll do 30 minutes of low-impact, form-focused movements that tighten your muscles, get your heart pumping, and give you results you can see and feel.

    No previous barre (or Pilates) experience necessary. This is suited for all ages and fitness levels. With modification options for every move, plus some fun new ways to level-up your workout with ankle weights and resistance bands, this is a Super Block that has something for everyone.
