We will begin each day at 9:00am and will conclude at 12:00pm.  Lots of fun learning experiences will take place during this time.  There will be hands-on learning with the farm animals, riding the horses, gardening, and many other practical farm skills as well!  Plus your camper will receive a free T-shirt!  

Please be sure that your child wears closed-toed shoes, as that is the safest around the barnyard.  We will meet, rain or shine.  If it rains, most activities will be in the barn.  However, rain coats, mud boots and an umbrella would be good to have along!  I am so excited to meet these young campers!  Please let me know if you have any questions.

On Thursday, our last day, when you pick up your child at NOON, the barnyard will stay open until 12:30 to enjoy. Siblings are welcome too!

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, WAIVER, AND RELEASE

I, the undersigned, give my child permission to participate in the JO-KAY CORRAL Farm Day Camp. I understand that participation involves my child being both in the vicinity and in direct contact with live animals of various species. I completely understand and acknowledge that, although careful precautions will be used for the safety of all children participating in the farm experience, there are possible risks involved for my child. I understand that any and all animals may react in an impulsive and unpredictable way as a result of, but not limited to, people, sounds, sudden movements, or other animals which could result in injury to my child and those in the vicinity of the farm. I will not hold anyone from JO-KAY CORRAL, or any participant in this event, liable for any accident, including, but not limited to, injury, illness, property damage, or any other loss sustained by me, my child, or the child I am representing, arising from or due to any cause whatsoever. By signing below, I am verifying that I am the adult who has legal authorization to speak for this child. 

I hereby waive and release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge JO-KAY CORRAL, its volunteers/employees, its heirs and presonal representatives, and all firms, corporations, and persons on their behalf, from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes or action arising from or growing out of any and all personal injuries and/or property damage that my child may incur while participating in any part of the JO-KAY CORRAL Farm Day-Camp experience. 

I, the undersigned, give JO-KAY CORRAL permission to take photos of my child which may be used in promoting JO-KAY CORRAL.

JO-KAY CORRAL cannot prevent you or your child(ren) from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while utilizing JO-KAY CORRAL'S services or premises. It is not possible to prevent against the presence of this disease. Therefore, if you choose to utilize JO-KAY CORRAL'S services and/or enter onto JO-KAY CORRAL's premises, you may be exposing yourself to and/or increasing your risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.

I completely and fully understand the entire agreement and acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to review this agreement prior to allowing my child(ren) to engage in the activities on the farm offered by JO-KAY CORRAL of Negaunee, MI and I agree to be legally bound by the agreement. I understand that this agreement contains a promise not to sue JO-KAY CORRAL or their volunteers/employees. I hereby sign this agreement on behalf of myself, and/or my child(ren).
