• Contract to Lease Room

  • Format: (000) 000-0000.
    1. By signing this agreement, I understand that I will make a non-refundable deposit within 24 hours, payable to Kingdom Business Learning Center in exchange to temporarily occupy KBLC at 2735 suite 8, S. Mendenhall Rd, Memphis, TN. 
    2. The renter should have access to and use of the venue for the designated time for the purpose of the approved event.
    3. I understand that, per this agreement, Kingdom Business Learning Center and its representatives will supply the following:
      • A KBLC Member to provide onsite support;
      • Full use of one room and restrooms. 
      • The host must be registered at Kingdom Business Learning Center before the event.
    4. The balance owed must be paid on or before the Sunday preceding the scheduled party before 8 pm. Failure to do so will void this contract. This contract accounts for a 30-minute setup before the party and a 30-minute clean-up period after the party. Please be mindful of the time. If clean-up has not been completed by the ending time of your slot, an additional late fee of $50 will be charged. It is required for you to return the event space the same way we gave it to you. You are responsible for setup and breakdown.
    5. The room will accommodate up to 25 people, including adults and children.
    6. Food and beverages may be brought from outside the center. NO alcoholic beverages or illegal substances are allowed in the center. Smoking is NOT permitted in the center nor on the ramp near our front door.
    7. Party supplies and decorations are welcome. Please note that Kingdom Busines Learning Center is a child-friendly, Christian environment, and refrain from using any decoration that may be offensive or inappropriate for children. All decorations and supplies must be removable and non-marking. KBLC is insured for the contents of the center and attendees. 
    8.  Any misuse or abuse of the center and its staff or contents will be documented, and the contract signor will be responsible for financial obligations resulting in damages.
    9. Understand that some risk of injury may be associated with participation in a play environment. By signing this contract, all attendees will waive all claims of liability and release and hold harmless Kingdom Business Learning Center if an injury may occur to an attendee.
    10. “I have read this document, consent to its terms as stated and will adhere as stated. Kingdom Business Learning Center agrees to fulfill its obligation or compensate me with a full refund.
    11. A credit card needs to be on file in case of any accidents. This is a requirement for booking.
