You may reschedule or cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment. Any rescheduling or cancellations within 24 hours will result in being charged 75% the price of your scheduled appointment. In order to cancel or reschedule you must do so through the booking site. Instagram dm's, emails or texts are not accepted as methods of cancellation.
All card payments, including Apple Pay, are accepted to pay for your service! Cash is not accepted for payment of services, but can be used towards gratuity. A "pay later" option is also offered; this splits the payment into 4 smaller payments over time. If this is the method you would like to choose, you must specify so beforehand as you must fill out information and be approved prior to your service date.
It is always my goal to have you leave happy with your hair, and sometimes there may be something that ever so slightly misses the mark. I offer a complimentary adjustment if requested within a 7 day period from the original appointment. An adjustment's goal is to still remain in line with the look discussed in our original consultation. Any changes outside of the agreed upon look is no longer an adjustment, rather a new service entirely.
