To apply to host a Sanctioned event within the state of NSW, hosts MUST complete all points within the application process. Incomplete applications will be returned.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Any club, region or committee looking to host a competition or event in 2025 must complete the Event Sanctioning Application and must comply with all current government and health restrictions.
To apply for a sanctioned event please read and complete ALL steps below;
Step 1: Complete the details of the person submitting the application
Step 2: Select event type and gymsport(s)
Step 3: Enter the specific event details
Step 4: Upload required documents
Please note the following documents are required upon application;
1. Venue Evacuation Plan
2. Competition Entry Form
Step 5: Complete the application agreement including the agreement that the club has a copy of the venue evacuation plan and any required venue safety briefing.
All entries for club events will be received by the host club.
NOTE: Competitions will not be sanctioned if participants from a non-affiliated club participate in the event.
