Are you a new business owner? Are there areas of growth within your business that could use support and guidance? Are you looking to establish, explore, expand, and evolve?

The Commerce Ballarat 2025 Business Mentoring program is an exciting learning opportunity for Ballarat businesses seeking assistance in growth, development, and expansion in their professional journey. Ten businesses will be given the opportunity to participate in the program. It is not essential that applying businesses are new - we can pair you with an industry-specific mentor who can guide you during any stage of your business, in any area required.

PROGRAM BENEFITS

2 hours of 1:1 monthly sessions throughout the year with your mentor Successful applicants will be matched with an appropriate local business person, and participate in 2 hours of 1:1 monthly sessions at mutually convenient times.
Tailored mentor and approach to suit your needs
Half day skills workshop in March 2025 Participants will also be required to commit to attending a half day skills workshop (Date TBC)
Complimentary ticket to Business Day Out 2025 Participants will also be required to commit to attending Business Day Out (Wednesday 28th May, 2025) as part of the program.
