- All Intermediate Coaches who participate in the Bridging Workshop are required to bring an athlete demonstrator. Demonstrators should be capable of performing skills and progressions at the Advanced level. Gymnast demonstrators should be competing at a minimum of Level 6-7 in 2023 and can demonstrate the skills from the course. You should be working with this athlete and your mentor prior to the course.
  
  Demonstrators must have a 2023 athlete registration, so please check with your head coach to make sure your demonstrators have been registered for 2023.
