Lakeside HOA Community Park Contract for Use
The following is the contract for use of the Lakeside HOA community park and playground area. Upon submitting this form, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this agreement and will be responsible for the care of the area as described. Any damage done to the park or playground will be determined by the Board of Directors. The entire area will be inspected after your use and you will be notified if any additional action/clean up is needed. Any clean up or repairs charges that are needed as a result of the use/event will be assessed against the homeowner's account.
Lakeside Homeowners Association Park Rental Agreement
Terms & Conditions
1. Only members of the homeowners association may rent the park. The person signing this agreement shall be responsible for all of those in attendance. The renting member must be present during the entire time the park is being reserved.
2. Rental Price: $100 to be paid at least two (2) weeks prior to the event date by electronic payment or by mailing a check.
3. Guest Limit: 100 guests
4. A homeowner may rent the park area for a maximum of one day per event. Rentals can occur during the hours of 8am-9pm.
5. Guest parking may not hinder the right of way for motorists / pedestrians or block any driveways.
6. All garbage must be picked up and removed from the site. Park garbage receptacles are NOT to be used for private events; event holders must provide their own trash receptacles and trash bags.
7. Any items used for the event (tents, tables, chairs, portable restrooms, etc) must be taken down immediately following the event.
8. If providing portable bathrooms, written notice of approval from residents along the entrance of the park must be provided.
9. Any signage must be taken down immediately following the event.
10. No fireworks allowed.
11. No music or sound systems are to be used unless proper permitting is provided.
12. Any damage done to the residential public property (park area and playground) or any private properties will be the responsibility of the event holder. The HOA will assume no liability of damages if any. Any repairs/fees associated with damage will be sent directly to the event holder and paid from the event holder.
