Rent in the amount of $175.00 per week is due every Sunday before the House Meeting unless other arrangements have been approved and noted in file.
Prior to moving in I will pay a $175.00 refundable deposit.
There is a $25.00 late fee for any rent payed after date and time it's due.
Receipt of payment will be given at time of payment.
If for any reason I cannot pay any portion of a rent payment,| will notify staff immediately.
I will disclose and/or provide a copy of my paystubs when requested.
I understand that I forfite my deposit if I decide to use an illegal or controlled substance; or in the case that I damage Serving Institute Residential Center property, or that of another resident.
Serving Institute Residential Center may pro-rate or scholarship rent fees a t their discretion. If I qualify, I will complete the Scholarship Application and comply with all rules that apply in order t o receive the benefits. Serving Institute Residential Center reserves the right t o terminate a Scholarship and discharge that resident a t the time that an infraction o f any rule is found.
I will notify Serving Institute Residential Center staff immediately of any changes in my financial status that may have an effect on my ability to pay rent.
I understand that it is my responsibility to provide for all my own food, hygiene, laundry supplies, paper goods, and any others needs that are not provided by Serving Institute Residential Center. (Items provided by Serving Institute residential center are explained in the Policy and Procedures Manual)
I understand that the only forms of payment accepted by Serving Institute Residential Center are cash, bank check and money order. (Personal checks will not be accepted at anytime for any payments!)
By signing this document I affirm that I have yead, understand, and contract
