Halloween on the Square Participant/Sponsor

It’s almost Fall and we will once again be doing trick or treating around the square, this year on Thursday, October 31 from 5pm – 7pm.

To participate, please fill out this form. You DO NOT have to be a downtown business, anyone can join us. You can purchase candy from us in ½ box (about 1,250 pieces of candy), your business listed as a sponsor in all advertising and on social media OR you can purchase a full box (around 2500 pieces of candy), with all of the above-mentioned advertising. Additional boxes can be purchased if you’d like. You can of course still participate and buy your own candy. Prices are in the form below.

I will purchase the boxes and they will be available for you to pick up on that Thursday, October 31 at The Esquire Theater from 8am-10am or 3pm until 4:30pm (remember, event starts at 5 but some start coming early). You can print the form and mail it with payment to City of Carthage, Attn: Cindy, PO Box 400, Carthage, TX 75633 or drop it by my office located at The Texas Country Music Hall of Fame or at Carthage City Hall.
