INFO ABOUT THE HOSTS:
UpperValleyMunch (UVM) is the oldest and the longest continuously running munch in both Vermont and New Hampshire. The UVM membership is well regarded for being warm, friendly, and welcoming.
Brattleboro Unified Munch (BUM) is also known as a warm, friendly, and welcoming group, with a diverse mix of ages, orientations, and interests from a very wide swath of the Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and New York BDSM communities.
NEWLY UPDATED
PANDEMIC AWARE SAFETY PROTOCOLS:
We spent over a year both searching for just the right location and developing safe and sane protocols to keep our members and guests as safe as possible during the pandemic. We've successfully implemented these protocols since our first 2022 munch in May to minimize the risk to a level that more cautious members of our community can feel comfortable with. We updated the protocols and streamlined the RSVP process as of the Sept. 9 munch, which was also successfully safe. (You can view all of the Pandemic Aware Safety Protocols on tab #2 of this form).
VACCINATIONS & MASKS:
All guests must show proof of having had a minimum of two COVID‐19 vaccinations more than 14 days prior to the day of the event.
Masks are NOT required but are strongly encouraged when outdoors except that:
a. Masks ARE required when in a food line.
b. Masks ARE required when inside any building.

WHERE:
The munch is being held OUTDOORS at a private venue with a Pandemic Aware Environment in Lebanon, NH. The venue is located a few seconds away from exit 17 of I-89 with ample free and well lit parking. The location of the venue is provided to guests who have RSVP'd in advance of the event.

WHEN:
The event starts at 7:00pm and runs until 10:00pm. Feel free to arrive and depart on your own schedule.
AGES:
Whether "newbie" or seasoned, mature adults age 21 and over of any orientation with an interest in BDSM are welcome to attend. If you are between ages 18 to 20 and wish to attend please contact the event organizers.
BEVERAGES:
Bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages. Sober drinking only.

We're placing a group order for pizza. In addition to the favorites we an order vegetarian, gluten free, or other pizzas built around our guests' dietary needs. Order all-you-can-eat pizza for only an $8 per person donation.

Pizza hot from the oven and special orders from Ziggy's are being delivered at 8:00pm. Donations for Ziggy's pizza and other delivered food are made at the time that you RSVP for the event.
SMOKING:
Smoking is permitted in a designated area. Please respect the property and deposit your butts in the receptacle provided.
DRUGS:
There is a zero tolerance policy for recreational drug use on the premises or in the parking areas. Prescription medications are OK except as noted below.
Pot and pot derivatives may NOT be used on the premises or in the parking areas even if you have an Rx or marijuana medical card as some members have jobs which prohibit them from being present where marijuana is being used.
Violators will be asked to leave immediately and will be permanently banned from attending all future events.
COST:
To help defray some of the event expenses guests are asked for a $6 donation at the time that you RSVP for the event. We want all members of the community to be able to attend, so if this causes a financial hardship please contact the event organizers to work out a solution.
