1) 此優惠只包括貨物總重量在15公斤以下 及 貨物長闊高合共少於 120 厘米 的訂單。
2) 若司機取件時，發現貨物體積及重量超出限制，Lalamove將不會提供服務，並保留收取該訂單的費用之權利。
3) 此計劃只包括一次派送，若派送失敗會退回寄件地址，並可選擇於下一個工作天進行第二次派送。
4) 若需要進行第二次派送，將會收取每件貨物額外一次該程的運費。*(依貨物地點重量而定)
5) 若需要退回寄件人地址，將會收取每件貨物額外$30的回倉費。
6) Lalamove 並不會因 1.包裝問題 2.貨品包含新鮮食品、花束與溫控貨品，所導致的貨物損失或毁壞而負責。
7) 若貨物在運送途中損毁或遺失，Lalamove可提供最高每件貨物$200的賠償。
8) 月結單將會於每個月第7至第10個工作天寄出，請於月結單的發出日期起計14天內付款。
9) 以下離島及偏遠地區一律需額外加收 $20 附加費：
西貢、淺水灣、深水灣、赤柱、東涌、機場、大美督、流浮山、打鼓嶺、龍鼓灘、石澳（愉景灣及馬灣暫不派送）
10）如送貨地址沒有電梯，可以選擇通知客戶樓下交收，或額外加收搬樓梯費（$10/一層）。部分村屋訂單需要安排村口交收。
11）若客人需要於截單時間後（13:00後）取消或更改任何訂單，Lalamove將會收取$30行政費用。
12) 每次司機上門取貨時，客人將會享有15分鐘的免費等候時間。如超出15分鐘，將會被視為取消訂單及收取$30行政費用。
13) Lalamove保留隨時更改使用條款及細則之權利，而不會作另行通知。如有任何爭議，Lalamove保留最終決定權。
1) The quoted price includes door-to-door delivery with moving help.
2) The maximum size and weight per item is Length+Width+Height ≤ 120 cm and 15kg, If the driver finds that there are any oversized or overweighted items when picking up, Lalamove will not provide the service and reserves the right to charge the order fee.
3) Prices only include one delivery attempt. If the first delivery failed, it will be returned to the sending address, and users can choose the next working day for a second delivery.
4) Prices only include one delivery attempt, any unsuccessful delivery or return trip to the warehouse will be counted as one delivery point. Storage charges may be incurred for any unsuccessful delivery or return trip to the warehouse.
5) If a second attempt is required, an additional shipping fee will be charged for each item. *(depending on the weight of the cargo location). If the parcel needs to return to the sender address, each parcel will charge an extra $30 return fee.
6) Lalamove shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of poor packaging or delivering perishable and temperature-controlled goods
7) In case any delivered goods are lost, damaged, or missing as a result of improper handling, Lalamove is liable for compensation up to $200 of the total value of goods per delivery order.
8) Monthly statements will be issued from 7th to 10th every month. Service users will pay Lalamove's validly rendered invoices by the 14th day following receipt of each invoice.
9) The following outlying islands and remote areas will impose a surcharge of $20 : Sai Kung, Repulse Bay, Deep Water Bay, Stanley, Tung Chung, Airport, Tai Mei Tuk, Lau Fau Shan, Ta Kwu Ling, Lung Kwu Tan, Shek O (Discovery Bay and Ma Wan are not covered)
10) If there is no elevator at the delivery address, the delivery will be arranged downstairs if the recipient agrees, or a surcharge for moving stairs ($10/floor) will be charged. Some village house orders need to arrange delivery at the village entrance.
11) If users request to cancel or change any order after the cut-off time (after 13:00), Lalamove will charge an administrative fee of $30.
12) Users will have 15 minutes of free waiting time when driver picking up orders. If exceeds 15 minutes, it will be considered as a cancellation of the order and a $30 administrative fee will be charged.
13) Lalamove reserves the right to adjust terms and pricing without notice, In case of any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right of final decision.
