• Rescuing in Lebanon Dog Adoption Application

  • Rescuing in Lebanon is an all-volunteer, non-profit, animal welfare organization dedicated to the rescue and placement of stray, neglected and abused animals. Rescuing in Lebanon is completely funded through fundraising efforts and public donations. All of our pets are cared in boarding facilities and receive complete medical care, which includes worming, vaccinations, spaying/neutering and microchipping prior to their adoption.

  • This questionnaire is designed to help Rescuing in Lebanon and yourself determine if a specific dog is the right one for you and your household. All adopting parties are required to complete this form prior to adoption. Rescuing in Lebanon reserves the right to deny any adoption based on answers to this questionnaire and/or interviews prior to adoptions!

  • PROCEDURE

  • 1- Meeting whether in person or through a video call 2- meeting the pet/s in person 3- video call to check the house 4- filling an adoption form 5- copy of the ID (back and front) to be sent 6- picking up the pet after approval 7- home visits or video calls to see the pet 8- sending frequently pictures and videos at the beginning. 9- adoption donation is applicable on some of our pets 10- adoption contract will be signed upon approval
  • By submitting this form you agree to the policies & procedure of Rescuing in Lebanon. any failure to follow these policies & procedures will consitute a breach of contract, and Rescuing in Lebanon will reclaim both possession & ownership of the pet and a legal action will be taken if mistreatment was proven. You agree not to give the pet as a gift. you understand that the pet, as far as can be determined is in good health, and Rescuing in Lebanon is not responsible for medical fees incurred after the adoption date. However, if a health should develop in the fist three days notify Rescuing in Lebanon to dicuss the matter. In addition, you agree to give Rescuing in Lebanon visitation rights to ensure that the terms of the adoption agreement are being observed.
