By submitting this application with a $20 application fee, I understand that I will be provided a booth space at the Celebration Giving! event at the Bartlesville Community Center on Tuesday, November 29, 2022. (Payment on next page.)
Booth set up begins at 2 pm and booths must be ready by 3:30 pm. The event takes place from 4 – 7 pm and all booth decorations and materials must be removed by 8 pm.
I understand that my organization will be included in promotional material and that my logo will be included in the event announcement in the November issue of bMonthly magazine. Furthermore, I agree that any video(s) or photo(s) submitted by my organization may be used for promotion of this event and that I may also promote my participation in the event as I choose.
