MEMBERSHIP TERMS:
When you Complete this form to sign-up for a membership, We will set you up with an account on Librarika that will allow you to check out books. Please allow ups up to 24 hours to create your account and send you the link to create your account. Within 48 hours of selecting up to 5 books, you will be alerted by email of your tracking infromation, due date and drop off infromation. Within 2 weeks (usually 7 days) you will receive your package in the mail with up to 5 books of your choose and an envelope with prepaid postage for return. You will have 24 hours after checking out your first book to complete your entire selection. After 24 hours, those items will be packaged and sent out. Any remaining items after that time will not be shipped for that month.
MEMBERSHIP TERMS:
When a member checks out a book(s)/ item(s) they will be able to keep the book(s)/ item(s) for 28 days (pending arrival of items). After this time period renewals are based on a case to case basis. Within 48 hours of requesting/checking out any book(s)/item(s) an email will be sent out stating the tracking number, arrival date, due date and drop off instructions. The package returning will have a tracking number that you are responsible for scanning/ taking a picture of to us so that we have access to when it is sent out as well as it will show proof of arrival and return. If we have not received the returning package and/ or do not have an indication that there is an issue with USPS in a period of 3 weeks, a fee of $5 will be added onto your account per book/ per month and no other books/ items may be checked out. The same will apply if there are any missing items. You will not accure a fee if any books/items do not return due to an USPS misplacing or loosing the items. An additional $20 fee per book will be added to the account if the book is not returned within 90 days of perposed shipping date. You will not be fined if your package is lost in the mail as this will be tracked through USPS. Your account will become inactive if fees are not paid. If a payment is not processed successfully in any given month, your membership will be on hold and you will need to contact us. All members are responsible for payment of these fees if they occur for reasons mentioned above. If you believe that inaccurate charges were made on your account, please contact our office at
