TERMS AND CONDITIONS

{name} hereby declares to own all copyrights, publishing rights, duplication rights, or any other pertinant rights hereto on all audio and video materials submitted for services to KNVP Studios and/or Thomas Hanson, a Sole Proprietor, and that I am granting KNVP Studios and/or Thomas Hanson, a Sole Proprietor, permission to duplicate all materials provided.

{name} understands that KNVP Studios and/or Thomas Hanson, a Sole Proprietor cannot and will not provide transfer or duplication services for any materials that originate from commercially available mediums such as Hollywood movies or albums on DVD or Compact Disc, or any materials protected by SCMS or other digital copy protection.

{name} understands that KNVP Studios and/or Thomas Hanson, a Sole Proprietor, can reject any material submitted for any reason, at his sole discretion, and if any material is rejected a refund will be provided to {name}

{name} warrants that it has the legal right to order duplication of the materials, and that the materials are legally duplicable.

{name} shall indemnify KNVP Studios and/or Thomas Hanson, a Sole Proprietor, for any claims made by any third parties arising from any services performed by KNVP Studios and/or Thomas Hanson, a Sole Proprietor.

{name} represents that the original audio and video material is suitable for duplication.

{name} Will not hold KNVP Studios and/or Thomas Hanson, a Sole Proprietor responsible for any damage either physical or electronic to any materials sent in for processing. This includes materials in transit to or from our place of operation, and during the time in which the materials are loaded into/out of the machine(s) or during playback of materials in the machine in which it will be processed (i.e. the machine damaged the tape while ejecting).

{name} understands that no printed labels will be provided, neither handwritten or printed by a machine. If the blank stock already comes with blank labels (cassette, DAT, Minidisc), those blank labels will be provided to you, but nothing will be printed by KNVP Studios. CD-R discs have a lacquer face which can be written on with a marker, but again, no printing will be provided.
