PLEASE READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE COMPLETING APPLICATION: Complete form below to apply to be a vendor at our BIZZY Holiday Market on Saturday, December 10th from 12-5 at the Marriot Hotel, 400 Ocean Ave. Revere, MA. The majority of spots are reserved for BIZZY Members and we will be selecting some non-members. The vendor fee is $75 for members and $150 for non-member. If accepted, you will receive an email from BIZZY Women Social to confirm your acceptance and next steps. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PARTICIPATING VENDORS MUST BE A PAID MEMBER OF BIZZY WOMEN.
