  • Many student events, including club events, require a Student Event Assessment Form (SEAF) to be completed to ensure that all risk factors and planning steps have been accounted for. This process is completed through URSLC. The Student Association can help with SEAF submissions.

  • Do you need set-up time before the event?*
  • Do you require exclusive access to the pub for your event (ie. does the pub need to be closed to the public)?*
  • Events that require exclusive access to the pub will include a rental fee.

    The basic rental fee is $120+tax per hour. Some portion of the rental fee may be waived based on catering or food and beverage purchasees made for or during the event.

    SLC student rental fee is $60+tax per hour. 

  • What St. Larry's Pub staff/services will you require for your event?*
  • ID at the Door increases the rental fee by $20 per hour for each hour that the door is open.
