  • Many student events, including club events, require a Student Event Assessment Form (SEAF) to be completed to ensure that all risk factors and planning steps have been accounted for. This process is completed through URSLC. The Student Association can help with SEAF submissions.

  • PLEASE NOTE: With less than 2 weeks notice it may be harder to meet all of your requirements. .

  • Events that require exclusive access to the pub will include a rental fee.

    The basic rental fee is $120+tax per hour. Some portion of the rental fee may be waived based on catering or food and beverage purchasees made for or during the event.

    SLC student rental fee is $60+tax per hour. 

  • ID at the Door increases the rental fee by $20 per hour for each hour that the door is open.
