We are looking for a talented and creative individual to help lead our team as the Visual Merchandising Manager for our St. George store! As the Visual Merchandising Manager, you are an integral part of the Al's image. You will be responsible for producing window and interior product displays, signage, floor plans, and special promotional displays. We need a career-seeking, detail-oriented, and professional person with a sense of urgency and motivation to maximize the sales potential of the merchandise available to sell on the sales floor and ensure it is displayed according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement merchandising standards and projects at the store level as directed by the Corporate Merchandising Director
• Create compelling displays on the floor, walls, end caps, and aisles- determining product placement with both soft goods and hard goods in all departments through the store
• Manage the exchange of all props, tools, and Visual Merchandising related resources in-store and with the warehouse
• Plan, organize, and oversee all the merchandising resources, hangers, P.O.P., displays, pegs, fixtures, etc.
• Manage and change all mannequins, wall graphics, fixture toppers, brand signage, seasonal imagery, posters, and photos
• Provide lists of needed signage to the Marketing Team with dimensions and photos of fixtures
• Utilize company and buying reports to ensure key items are placed in high visibility positions on the sales floor
• Rotate products and displays to maintain the visual aesthetic of the store
• Train and lead a team to maintain standards and expectations
• Coach and encourage staff to promote employee development and progress

Qualifications

• +3 years retail experience, vertical store, wholesale or branded apparel experience
• Previous work as a merchandise coordinator at an apparel, footwear, or accessory company
• Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices
• Managerial-level experience at a department store, vertical retailer, or specialty store
• Experience in training and presenting to small/medium-sized groups on the sales floor
• Proactive personality and work ethic
• Able to work independently while leading a team
• Able to be on your feet during the whole shift
• Able to lift 25 lbs
