  • Will you be catering? We can supply glasses, crockery and cutlery for full meals to tea and coffee.

    If you proceed you will need to provide a risk assessment for your activity. Along with your evidence of insurance this is a requirement for the use of the facility.

    Your use of the Hall is governed by our Hall Booking Agreement. Please read this carefully.

    On confirmation of your booking, we also require a $150 bond, refundable after your event provided the facility is left in a clean and tidy state.

    The Bundanoon Soldiers' Memorial Hall is managed by volunteers of the Bundanoon Community Association. We will generally respond to booking enquiries within five business days.
