I hereby agree and give my permission for J. Brielle Handmade Goods, LLC and Passion to Purpose Education Group, LLC and/or partners to record, film, photograph, audiotape, or videotape myself (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Works”) and to display, publish or distribute these Works for the purpose of publishing, posting on J. Brielle Handmade Goods, LLC and Passion to Purpose Education Group, LLC websites and posting on social media sites. I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works. I understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of J. Brielle Handmade Goods, LLC and Passion to Purpose Education Group, LLC's control. I agree that I will not hold J. Brielle Handmade Goods, LLC or Passion to Purpose Education Group, LLC responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.
Vendors may have access to event space beginning at 10:00 AM on December 10, 2022. The event begins at 12:00 am and concludes at 4:00 pm and vendors have until 4:30 pm to break down. Participation in the December 10, 2022 Passion Market is voluntary, and vendors reserve all rights to their products and services as well as payment received for these products and services.
Vendors must pay the registration fee of $25 before vending space is reserved. The vendor expo floor location is chosen on a first come first serve basis. Show management pre-selects vendor space for each small business based on your products, however, vendors reserve the right to request a different space, although it is not guaranteed.
Payment shall be made directly through the form with any major credit card. Money Orders are also accepted please contact the event coordinator with payment questions.
Registration fees are non-refundable. In the event of a proven accident, riot, strike, epidemic, an act of God, or any other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond their respective control, the Passsion Market will be rescheduled for a date to be determined. In the event this event is canceled by J. Brielle Handmade Goods, LLC or its affiliates, this contract is null and void and vendors will receive a full refund.
Small business vendors are entitled to use the name, likenesses, and other promotional materials provided for the Passion Market. As a registered vendor you are welcome to submit a promotional item, i.e., coupon, business card, flyer, etc., to be included in our complimentary registration bags given to all attendees. Your signature verifies your consent to these terms.
