1. Applicants must be mums or dads with children – at least one child aged between 0 month to 30 months – or expectant parents with pregnancy gestational period more than 20 weeks by 31 October 2022.
   
   
2. Search is open to all applicants residing within Malaysia. Outstation applicants who are chosen must be willing to travel to Happikiddo stores in KL/Selangor and bear the costs of accommodation and transportation to/from Kuala Lumpur to fulfil their Brand Rep responsibilities, attend events and activities when required.
   
   
3. Applicants must have an active personal Instagram/Facebook profile, ideally set to Public. Private accounts will also be considered as long as you follow @happikiddo_ and allow us to follow you back, so that we can see your feed and profile.
   
   
4. To apply for HappiFamily Search, you must complete the online application form, follow Happikiddo’s social media accounts and upload recent photos/video of your Happily-Ever-After love story in FB or IG, tagging @happikiddo_. If it’s a video, please ensure that the duration is less than 60 seconds. Only original content taken not more than three months ago will be accepted and considered.
   
   
5. This programme is not open to employees or agents of the organiser, Happikiddo (M) Sdn Bhd, or any other Happikiddo group company. The programme is also not open to employees, agents, distributors or contractors who work for a direct competitor of Happikiddo in a nursery design, merchandise or buying-related role.
   
   
6. If you are chosen to be a HappiFamily, you warrant and agree that, without limitation:

• You must remain as a sole Brand Representative for Happikiddo from December 2022 to March 2023 and must not collaborate with or take up sponsorships from any other brands, products and/or other online and offline stores regardless of their nature or industry. Families breaching the contract will be dismissed from the programme immediately without any compensation, and must return all sponsored products and/or pay in full the total retail price of products received where deemed fit.
• You will only submit content which is lawful and you have personally created or have the right to submit;
• You must complete your monthly Brand Rep duties and tasks within the stipulated timeframe and requirements given and respond to correspondence from Happikiddo;
• You are required to attend Happikiddo events from time to time when requested. Advance notice and flexibility will be given.
  
  

7. Should you be successfully chosen as a HappiFamily, you will be required to commit your time to partake in certain events and tasks between 1 December 2022 and 31 March 2023. The Programme activities include but are not limited to:

• Winner’s video & photo shoot
• Creating content and fulfilling the tasks and responsibilities of a Brand Rep diligently and efficiently on a monthly basis
• Partaking in promotional events and activities with Happikiddo for marketing, editorial and PR purposes.

8. Prizes and sponsored products are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. All aspects of the prize must be taken together as a package. No exchange of product or any compensation will be offered if a prize is declined by a HappiFamily.

Q: What’s HappiFamily Search 2022?
A: HappiFamily 2022 Search is a campaign to seek for 5 talented and creative families to represent Happikiddo, set trend, create inspiring content and share parenting tips. The Search runs from 1 to 23 October. We work with a variety of premium baby brands to provide our HappiFamilies with a wide selection of products and services to test, review and enjoy. You will also get special discounts, privileges and exposure in all our digital channels.

Q: How do I apply to be on HappiFamily?
A: It’s easy! Just follow us on social media, upload recent photos/video of your Happily-Ever-After love story, tagging @happikiddo_ and complete the online entry form on www.happikiddo.com by 23 Oct 2022. Only original content taken not more than three months ago will be accepted and considered.

Q: What are your criteria for HappiFamily?
A: We select participants based on their charisma, ability to generate quality photos/videos, confident speaking skills and genuine passion in sharing. We check your entry form to ensure that you are at the right stage of your parenting journey to undertake the mission, and the products or services that we offer will be a good fit for you.

Q: Do I need to have a large Instagram following to be selected for HappiFamily?
A: No, you don’t. The whole point of the HappiFamily is that it’s a community of real parents who share authentic feedback, tips and inspirations. However, we do require that you have an active presence on Instagram or Facebook with engaged followers.

Q: Does my Instagram account have to be “Public” to participate?
A: No, your Instagram account doesn’t have to be public. You can have a private account as long as you follow @happikiddo_ and let us follow you back. However, we do request that you keep your profile public throughout the duration of the search, so that we can see your feed.

By joining this Search, applicants consent to the participation of themselves and their children in a professional photo/video shoot and interview and the use of these images/videos for Happikiddo and supporting establishments’ marketing purposes. 

Any violations of the terms will be cause for disqualifications.
