Sydney requires a credit card on file and a $25 booking fee (that will go towards your appointment) in order to reserve an appointment for all clients. This ensures a respected time frame for cancellations and missed appointments. You can cancel or rebook any scheduled appointment up to 48 hours before your appointment and no charges will be made. Anytime within the 48 hour period that your appointment is canceled or you are a no-show, Sydney could charge you up to 100% of the service fee.
Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may not be able to be provided and you will be asked to reschedule.
