All extra services are add-on's to spay/neuter surgery. They are not offered for pets not needing surgery. Should you need assistance with this form or have a question please call us at 609-267-2111.

A $40 deposit is required at the time of scheduling.

Our veterinarian does a brief pre-surgical examination on pets the morning of surgery. If you would like a more comprehensive examination with or without bloodwork, please call us at 609-267-2111 to schedule the appointment. The appointment will need to be at least 3 days prior to your spay/neuter date if you want or need bloodwork.
