Laptop Request & Shipping Guidelines:
We supply Microsoft Dell laptops by default, which require 1–2 business days to provision and ship out.
MacBooks are not standard and require pre-approval.

FedEx is our shipping handler. All laptops ship from California:

To guarantee urgent requests, please submit this form between 1:00 AM – 10:00 AM PST to meet provisioning time and FedEx’s 2:00 PM PST shipping cutoff time.

Requests after 2:00 PM ship the next business day.
Friday requests ship on the following Monday, as weekend shipping is not available.
