The Legal nitty-gritty
Buyer hereby contracts for the purchase of a puppy from Golden Mountain Farm by placement of Buyer’s non-refundable deposit of $500.00 via Venmo to: @sarah-hubbard-26 or check mailed to: Golden Mountain Farm, 5465 N. County Road 11, Fort Collins, CO 80524. Buyer is specifically agreeing that Buyer will purchase the first available puppy of the following desired breed (check one or more):

Bernese Mountain Dog: $3,500 (All puppies will be tri-colored)
Golden Mountain Dog: $2,500 (No guarantee on bicolor or tri-color)
Bernedoodle: $2,000. (No guarantee on bicolor or tri-color)
Buyer understands and agrees that:

Golden Mountain Farm will have 12 months from the date of deposit to confirm pregnancy of the desired breed, i.e., puppy Home Day will occur within 16 months.
Golden Mountain Farm will not guarantee a specific gender/sex of the puppy.
Choice of puppy will be in the order of contract/deposit receipt by Golden Mountain Farm.
Buyer will be required to spay/neuter the puppy.
Buyer will not have breeding rights.
Buyer will return the puppy/dog to Golden Mountain Farm if at any time Buyer is unable to care for the puppy/dog. The puppy/dog shall never be transferred to a shelter, individual, or facility. There are no refunds.
Buyer will retrieve his or her puppy from Golden Mountain Farm at the time/date assigned by Golden Mountain Farm for Home Day, or will make a selection of desired puppy at that time so as to allow other families to retrieve their puppies.
Golden Mountain Farm reserves the right to first choice of the litter if desired.
Puppy will have first vaccinations: adenovirus 1&2, parainfluenza, parvovirus and canine distemper.
Puppy will have a Health Certificate from a licensed veterinarian.
Puppy will have a one-year health warranty from date of birth for any life threatening congenital birth defects. Buyer will receive a puppy from the next available litter of the same breed. Golden Mountain Farm will not be liable for payment of any medical expenses incurred by Buyer.
There are no refunds.
