There is no fee to attend as a vendor if you're a Fleming resident (your address has a Fleming zip code). For all out of Town vendors, there is a $15 fee to attend as a vendor.

If you're planning on selling Cottage Food, do you have your Food Handlers Card?
If you're selling Cottage Foods (Find the full list of eligible "cottage foods" on our Fleming Monday Market page on the Fleming Website) you must have a Food Handlers card, which you can find linked on the Fleming Monday market page on the Fleming website.

I hereby release and forever discharge the Fleming Monday Market and the Town of Fleming from any responsibility, personal liability, claims, loss or damage arising out of, or in conjunction with my participation in Fleming Monday Market. Fleming Monday Market and The Town of Fleming shall be held harmless from and against any and all liabilities, suits, claims, damages, injuries and actions, theft, costs and expenses of any kind or nature of anyone whatsoever relating to premises due to or arising out of any act, negligence, or neglect of the vendor, or any of their guests. Vendors assume all liability for stand and products sold.

- If selling food, I have received the proper Food Handling Licensing and shown proof to the Town of Fleming.
- If selling food, I accurately listed any and all allergens above, and will post on my booth any allergens contained in the food I am selling.
- No open flames or fragrances will be displayed, sprayed, or emitted at or from my booth (including diffusers, wax warmers, candles, perfume, room spray, air fresheners, etc.). *Note: These items are allowed to be sold, just not turned on, lit, or sprayed.
