Thank you for considering adoption through the Zoology Zone Science Center! Reptiles and amphibians are fun, loving, playful, and also a lot of work requiring continued education. Before you start this application, please ensure you can fully commit to the care of the animal before you decide to adopt one.

If you know you are ready to be a Reptile/Amphibian parent, please complete this application for adoption form as thoroughly as possible. We know this is a long adoption form and can take up to 10 minutes to complete - we want to ensure our rescued animals go to a well-suited home so we have to be thorough.

Once submitted, someone from our team will follow-up with you soon. (Note: We reserve the right to refuse any adoption that we feel will not suit the animal’s requirements.)
