NOTE: The HOST is required to ensure that the Softball BC logo is on all souvenir items and the design is approved by Softball BC. Failure to do so may result in a fine and ineligiblity for championship events in the future.

The HOST is also required to ensure that there will be at least 50% of the required umpires available in the local area by working with the Provincial and District UIC's. The HOST will provide details of available umpires to the UIC and schedule clinics and umpire training if needed. Having sufficient umpires is part of the HOST's responsibilites.

U13C Regional format includes a 3 game round robin with single knockout playoffs for all teams.

Softball BC provides: (1) medals for the top 3 teams in each pool; (2) game balls (if provided by our sponsor); (3) $60 for 2 umpires per game; and participant gift for all players. A hosting grant of $100 per team is provided if the minimum hosting conditions are met.
