NOTE: The HOST is required to ensure that the Softball BC logo is on all souvenir items and the design has been approved by Softball BC. Failure to do so may result in a fine and ineligiblity for championship events in the future.

The HOST is also required to ensure that there will be at least 50% of the required umpires available in the local area by working with the Provincial and District UIC's to provide details of available umpires or schedule clinics and umpire training. Having sufficient umpires is also part of the HOST's responsibility.

U11C Celebrations are a 3 game round robin format and single knockout playoff round for all teams.

Softball BC provides: (1) medals for the top 3 teams (gold pool) in all pools; (2) game balls (if provided by our sponsor); (3) $30 for 1 umpire per game. A hosting grant of $100 per team is provided if the minimum hosting conditions are met.
As the Host please check all of the items that you are able to fulfill:*
