NYS Semi-Automatic Laws* This field is required.As of September, 4 2022, NYS requires citizens to have a semi-automatic, long gun license to be able to not only purchase, but also handle any semi-automatic long gun. Long Island Firearms Club can not allow use of club guns to anyone without this license. However, bolt action, lever action, and slide action firearms are allowed to be handled by non-licensed citizens, and may be available to use during range time. By checking below, you are agreeing that you have fully read, and understand the new law requirements of NYS, and that we will abide by this law.

This Membership Agreement will govern the terms of the Member’s membership rights and obligations and is a binding contract between you, the Member, and the Long Island Firearms Club (LIFC, Inc.). By checking the “I Agree” button on the membership form at the end of this Agreement indicates that you have read the Membership Agreement terms and agree to them, you understand the contents of the Membership Agreement; if applicable, that you have asked questions about any term of the Membership Agreement that you may not understand, and that you are agreeing to be legally bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. 1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND HOLD HARMLESS: I had read the Assumption of Risk, Indemnity and Liability Waiver Agreement, Range Rules and understand and agree to their terms and conditions. 2. MEMBERSHIP DUES: Membership dues are due every month (reoccurring on credit card given) on the same date that you signed up on, memberships shall continue until canceled by the Member in writing, which must be done 30 days before canceling your membership, or if the monthly payment is not made for any reason. You, the member, is responsible for canceling your own subscription via the email invoice you receive every month. If the Member’s membership is revoked, or their monthly payment is not made for any reason, and the Member later desires to rejoin, it will be necessary for the Member to re-enroll. Members are responsible for updating any credit card, debit card or bank account information changes, and LIWC, Inc. is not responsible for termination of the membership due to the change of such information. *Refunds will not be given for previous months. * Refunds will not be given due to missed scheduled events. Members are fully responsible for attending events, and will not hold LIFC, Inc. responsible if, or when, they cannot attend any event offered by the club. 3. MEMBER’S RESPONSIBILITIES: Members are fully responsible for their personal property and vehicles. In no case will LIFC, Inc. be responsible for theft, loss or the safety of, or damage to any Member’s or guest’s property during range nights and social events. No member is allowed to bring any undocumented pistol to the club's range night. 4. EYE AND EAR PROTECTION: Eye and ear protection are required at all times by Members while in the range. Baseball hats are strongly recommended. You cannot enter range without safety glasses and ear protection unless instructed otherwise. 5. RIGHT OF REVOCATION: Any Member that fails to obey any range officer instructions, range rules, basic firearm safety rules, LIFC, Inc. policies, or any other term of membership is subject to expulsion from the range, suspension or revocation of their membership or range usage rights. There will be no refund of any monies; membership dues or administration fees, if any person is required to leave the property or any membership is suspended or revoked as noted herein. 6. PROHIBITED MEMBERS AND RULES: Persons who are forbidden by law from possession of firearms are not permitted to utilize the membership of LIFC, Inc. and will be removed from the premises. By signing this Agreement, you express that you are representing that you are not prohibited by law or any court order from possessing a firearm, you are not under a domestic violence restraining order or injunction and that you are mentally fit to engage in the use of firearms. If a member has obtained any unlawful charges against them, LIFC, Inc. has the right to decide to revoke their membership. Members shall not be permitted to enter the premises if they are under, or appear to be under, the influence of alcohol or drugs. Further, Members affirm they understand the consumption of drugs or alcoholic beverages is expressly prohibited at LIFC, Inc., and that any person(s) who appear to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or emotionally unstable, shall be denied access to any part of the premises. 7. DAMAGE TO RANGE PROPERTY: Any intentional or unintentional damage to any LIFC's range property is the Member’s sole responsibility to repair or replace at LIFC's or the range's discretion. The member shall report any damage or destruction of any LIFC board member, or range property and people. Members are fully responsible for their own actions. Member hereby consents to LIFC, Inc. charging their credit card, debit card or bank account for the cost of any repair or replacement to LIFC or range's property. 8. LOADED FIREARMS: No loaded firearms are to be left unattended for any reason. No loaded firearms are allowed inside the member meeting locations, restrooms, or in any parking area. When we have range time, you may have your handgun on you secured in a holster and worn on the body in an approved manner, with a magazine that has no more than 7 rounds, and no bullet in the chamber, and if movement from one range lane to another is needed, and RSO must transfer all firearms to the designated lane, and all firearms must be unloaded, and in the safe position before lane transfer. All long guns must be cased and unloaded at the shooting lane. 9. CAMERAS: LIFC, Inc. works with ranges that operates a state-of-the-art monitoring security system which incorporates the use of high definition cameras and hidden surveillance equipment. Your presence with the LIFC, Inc. and execution of this Agreement indicates your consent to be videotaped and recorded while with LIFC, Inc. 10. PHOTOS, VIDEOS, AND MARKETING: During events, photos and videos will be taken by the BOD's. These photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes by LIFC, Inc., and Member releases their likeness to be used by LIFC, Inc. without further consent. If you do not want to be in any photos and videos for marketing purpose, please let a BOD know ASAP.* This field is required.

The Long Island Firearms Club respects your privacy. The information we do collect from you includes: Personal identifiable information, such as your name, address, email address, and telephone number, and firearm license number. We do not sell any of your information to 3rd party sources. VIDEO/PHOTOS/and MARKETING: Long Island Firearms Club has their own in-house Videographer, Photographer, and Marketing Director. We will shoot videos and photos at each event. With that said, please provide your choice below about whether or not you are comfortable with being on camera. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION: We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION: Your membership payment will automatically be deducted from your account every month, on the date of when you started.
