Payment will be required yearly by September 30th going forward.
Full payment of $ 4,995.00 due: September 30th, 2022
A payment plan can be set up if needed for U13 and up. It will consist of 3 payments spread out over 3 months. If you choose this option, there will be an approximate 10% interest rate charged.
Initial Payment: September 30th, 2022, $ 2,000.00
Second Payment: October 30th, 2022, $ 2,000.00
Final Payment: November 30th, 2022, $1,600.00

WE WILL NEED TO RAISE ABOUT $40,000.00 TO KEEP YEAR ROUND COSTS DOWN TO “DISCOUNTED COSTS VS. TRUE COSTS. ANYONE WITH SPONSORSHIP POSSSIBILITIES PLEASE LET ME KNOW. IT HELPS EVERYONE & KEEP OUR PROGRAM AS THE LOWEST PRICED PROGRAM PER HOUR & TRAINING ALWAYS ON “FULL FIELDS” not 1/3 or ¼ field, OR EVEN A HALF.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION PERTAINING TO OUR SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
1. Coaches : Joe, Lorenzo, Jason, Wayne, Jessica, Tania, Terry, Jerry, plus more
2. If we will be hosting our annual University Combine (this will be an additional fee of $99.00 per player). Many Coaches from all over would be attending this weekend. Non- Blizzard $299.00
3. Bayern Munich costs are NOT included in the annual fee
4. Trips to the US and tournaments are NOT included in the annual fee
5. We will be fundraising throughout the year to bring costs further down for trips and fees.
a) 2 Annual Toronto Blizzard Poker Night – this is the ONLY mandatory team fundraiser (each family needs to sell 4 tickets at $100-120 (TBD) each. Ticket includes food, drinks, poker chips) + one “silent auction prize per family”.
b) Wine Raffle – each family donates a bottle of wine and sells a certain number of tickets. Money earned goes towards the players fees (use for trips/bus/ hotel fees, etc…)
c) Poinsettia Fundraiser – the more you sell, the more money you can make (individual fundraiser)
d) Meat fundraiser will be distributed shortly
e) World Cup bracket – Dan Woodburn (Ava’s dad)
f) Lotto draw – Sundeep Murdath (Sonia ’05 dad) to organize template
g) Any and all other ideas are welcome. The more people involved, the easier it is to fundraise
6. Dependant on the current and ongoing health crisis, travel to the United States may be limited. If this is the case and we decide to enter a league for U13+ this winter, the cost for this is not included in the annual fee.
7. Parents MUST try to avoid Medical, Scholastic, and other related activities on TRAINING NIGHTS.
8. U12 and UNDER – indoor league fees are not included in the annual fee of $ 2,750.00

a) Sept. 30: $1700
b) Nov 1: $1400 Total $3,100.00
c) Training Days: Friday, Sunday, Tuesday at WWK Monday, Wednesday at York University
9. All injured players MUST attend training so as not to miss any Tactics, or team meetings /information
10. All Player/Parents or family Covid cases must be reported immediately
11. SUMMER ONTARIO CUP
a) Players MUST attend all scheduled Ont. Cup Games and all scheduled training sessions the week prior
