    5. Executive SOGIESC Program – A high‐level Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity and Expression, and Sex Characteristics (SOGIESC) Executive Course developed for an organization’s Executive Committee (c‐level and senior‐level leaders) is one of the most foundational requirements in initiating dialogues around inclusion programs and policies in the workplace. Our top‐down approach ensures that your senior leaders are aware of the impact of diversity and inclusion in an organization, its benefits, along with challenges expected in initiating these programs. All these through the POV and lens of leadership

    6. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) for Business Environments Program – Every company needs a guide to follow as it begins to engage in DEI initiatives. The PLCC will create blueprints for organizations for this purpose. A member company will have access to the program that includes customized activities based on the level and depth of diversity and inclusion in its workplace and in its various areas of work.

    7. Corporate Membership offerings are set out in phases throughout the yearly membership of an organization.
