PURCHASE AGREEMENT (Only Applicable to Purchasers)
You may exchange your purchased graduation gown set(s) within 3 months of purchase for different sizes or defects that was not caused by the purchaser deliberately to due to neglect; thus as long as the graduation gown set is in good / resellable condition, TYG is obliged to exchange the item.
RENTAL AGREEMENT (Only Applicable to Rentees)
Rental period is 60 calendar days (public holidays inclusive). The day of rental (receiving gown set) is counted as DAY 1; thus day 60 is the deadline for your gown return.
(a) ONLY CASH will be accepted for the gown hire/purchase.
(b) Late requests will not be entertained.
(c) Graduands may also make their own arrangements with Tick Your Gown Limited directly at 9531-5758 or via email at www.tyg.hk@gmail.com .
Please note that there will be an overdue charge of HK$50/30 days (30 days as a unit) for late return of the gown. After the above stipulated deadlines, graduands will have to return the gown to Tick Your Gown Limited's 24/hr self-help return booth at:
Unit 7, 5F, Hopeful Industrial Center, 10-16 Wo Shing Street, Fo Tan, New Territories, Hong Kong (Fo Tan MTR Exit D)

Note that it is a 24/hr self-help booth, therefore you can come anytime during the day (before deadline).
