WSA's Sports Performance Training program fits into the club's overall Periodization Schedule for training all athletes competing in National League Platforms.
The Mid Season Phase of the periodization cycle includes a carefully crafted volume of physical work to help athletes maintain strength without adding demand, and increase athlete mobility, movements, and coordination. Your team's training can be customized via our Sports Performance Coaches by contacting your program's director of coaching.
