Use this form to submit events for review and consideration by Realty Kings Properties. This form is for Realty Kings Team Agents requesting company support for events Realty Kings may participate in, host, or create. Events are evaluated based on strategic alignment, business impact, and overall value to the brokerage. All submissions should clearly outline the event details, target audience, estimated costs, and expected outcomes. Events are reviewed assuming Realty Kings Properties may cover 100% of the cost, regardless of anticipated sponsorship participation.All requests require a minimum of 30 days’ notice and are reviewed by the Realty Kings Marketing Team. Responses are typically provided within 72 hours.

Section 10: What Qualifies as a Company-Sponsored Event
A Company-Sponsored Event is an event that has been formally approved by Realty Kings Properties as a company initiative and is intended to support the brokerage’s overall business objectives, brand presence, and agent participation.

Company-Sponsored Events typically meet one or more of the following criteria:
- The event is hosted or produced under the Realty Kings Properties brand
- The event is designed to benefit the brokerage as a whole
- The event is led or managed by company operations or marketing
- The event budget, format, and execution plan are approved as a company initiative
Events that do not meet these criteria are considered Agent-Led Events, even if the company provides financial or marketing support.

For Agent-Led Events, agents are responsible for event coordination, staffing, execution, and follow-up, and that Realty Kings Properties’ support is limited to the items approved in this request.
