Filling out my VIP Waitlist Form does not guarantee a time slot will open; however, you are moved to priority status. This means you are the first to become notified (email or text) if anything becomes available up until the date for which you are currently scheduled. Availability is first come first serve and time slots cannot be reserved for pending responses.

If I do modify my existing appointment to come in at a sooner date, I understand that any further changes interfering with the following Cancellation Policy will be applied to my new appointment date and not the original appointment date. Cancellation Policy: I understand that rescheduling or cancelling my appointment within 48 hours, failure to show for my appointment, or arriving late to the point where my stylist needs to terminate my appointment are all considered last minute cancellations.
