ENTRY REQUIRMENTS:

There is NO Fee to enter the chili cookoff, however we do ask that each entry bring 5 canned or boxed food items to donate to SPAN. 

1)All types of chili will be accepted however they MUST be made from scratch.
2) This is a people's choice contest. Your neighbors are the judge. Therefore, enough chili must be prepared to make approx 100 1 oz samples. Remember if there is no chili left, there are less voters to taste it. 
3) Participant needs to supply their own heating element and serving spoon. We strongly suggest using a crock pot. PLEASE bring and label and extension cord
4) Condiments to complement your chili must be provided by the participant.
5) Tables, table covering, hand sanitizer, soufflé cups for sampling and spoons will be provided by the MBCAfor each participant.
6) Participant must be on site and ready to serve by 3:45 p.m. Participant is required to clean their area post event.
7) Judging will be done by attendees of the event. The results are final. 1st , 2nd & 3rd place will receive awards.
8) Participants will be issued an entry # upon arrival.
9) If you are unable to attend after registering, please give us 48 hours notice
